Shipping Details

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select.

Customs and Duties

• For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, and delays are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for covering any additional customs charges.

Shipping Carriers

• We primarily ship using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
• If you require your order to be shipped via DHL, please reach out to us before placing your order. The cost for DHL shipping will be determined, confirmed, and billed after acceptance of the DHL quote.

• All shipping costs are non-refundable, including in the case of returned items
