Exchange, Refund & Returns

We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing or need assistance, our team is here to help! You can:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you meet the return conditions (outlined below), you can return the item and place a new order, get store credit or get a refund.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Sizing or Order Issues: If there is a sizing or order mix-up caused by us.
  • Damaged Items: If the items delivered are damaged or torn upon receipt.
  • Refunds take 10 working days after we must have received your return and approved for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, saleable condition , unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and be free of smells, makeup and stains before a refund can be initiated.
  • All returned items will be inspected by our team for signs of wear or damage.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds if items are damaged, not in a saleable condition, worn, washed, missing tags, smells, visible makeup and stains.
  • Approved returns will allow you to place a new order , receive store credit or get a refund to your original payment account.
  • Any items returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted
  • Please note that returns are not free of charge, except in case of defective items and cost of the packaging items and label fee of $10 within Canada and $20 for international orders will be deducted from your refund.
  • Kindly note that shipping fees are non - refundable.
  • Also the Mohala Grey tote bag should be returned unused if you are processing a return, else a token of $20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to keep it.
